Saaletal Motorway Bridge, Hollstadt, Germany The complete pre-assembled pier head formwork consisted of two bulkheads and two longitudinal elements. The longitudinal elements were dismantled into three sections for transportation and quickly re-assembled on-site with universal couplers.
