Wage costs reduced and
construction time secured
The buildings consist of crosswalls and slabs. The standard floors are repeated up to the 14th floor and then there are seven floors with a slightly altered plan.
The construction schedule for the reinforced concrete building was limited to only eleven months. To maintain this short construction time it was decided to use TRIO wall formwork and UNIPORTAL slab formwork for the standard floors and to work according to a tight cycle plan.
The walls were divided into four sections per floor, according to the floor geometry. These could be constructed with the flexible TRIO in a 36-hour cycle.
Three to four floors could be constructed each month, thanks to the ideal system selection and the precise planning. The specified construction time could be easily maintained because of this.

The best cost values were achieved with UNIPORTAL floor tables. The crew of four men needed only 20–30 minutes per unit for striking, moving and erecting. The UNIPORTAL trolley was used horizontally and the C-Hook from floor to floor. |
