The Summit Office Building, Bellevue, WA, USA
Excellent Concrete Finish achieved with PERI RAPID
The Summit is the first of three office buildings to be constructed in Bellevue, WA, a technology center right next to Seattle, WA. Total construction volume for the whole complex is $250 million.
The contractor dedicated to go with RAPID for the columns and TRIO for the walls on this project. While speeding up the pour sequence, RAPID provided an excellent finish for the columns.
Sellen used TRIO for the first time on this project. Especially the fast learning curve and the quick assembly of the system convinced the contractor of using TRIO.
