Penn-Co Construction was awarded the construction of the newest long-term care facility for the aging Chinese population of Toronto.

They chose PERI as their supplier for the complete formwork on this project, because they could provide a complete solution utilizing eight different systems on this site.

Especially challenging for PERI''s engineers was the complicated foundation walls, which had an external haunch that changed elevation throughout the project. An innovative TRIO layout provided the solution, using 95 % standard components, saving Penn-Co money on the fabrication of special components. PERI´s UNIPORTAL tables were used from the ground floor up to the roof level.
