PERI was awarded this project with a very limited lead time: Within one week from signing the contract, 15,000 sqft (1,394 m²) of assembled VARIO panels and 13,000 sqft (1,208 m²) of SKYDECK were delivered.
Citygate at 188 Milrose Ave. in Vancouver, BC is a social housing project, a concrete-frame building with 8 stories that was completed within eight months by Langley, BC- based Quorum Construction.

The crew on this site especially enjoyed working with PERI''s SKYDECK system, as this lightweight slab formwork system did not wear them out physically. This also added to the speed of the building process, which allowed the contracor to focus on the intricate details of the architectural walls.

    In addition to SKYDECK, Quorum also used PERI KG climbing brackets. They worked excellently, as the concrete finishing could be completed from the trailing platforms while the walls were lifted. This reduced manpower not only for erection, but also for dismantling and other site duties.
