Finished ahead of schedule with TRIO,
the most successful panel formwork
One of the largest distribution centres in Europe has been constructed with an area of more than 60,000 m² at the new Central Park industrial facility at Rugby.
A central fire protection wall was constructed in the middle of the new distribution hall that, apart from its impressive size – 186 m long, 13.80 m high and 0.40 m thick – also had to satisfy high demands for a fair-faced concrete finish.
PERI supplied 7.20 x 2.70 m preassembled TRIO panels to the site “ready for use” straight from the lorry. The required surface quality was best achieved by overlaying the panels with an extra
20 mm FinPly Maxi plywood form lining.
The site praised the easy handling of the large TRIO panels. Each of the wall sections was completed in record time so that the project could be finished ahead of schedule.
